What they wanted
AkzoNobel is a leading paint and coatings company and manufacturer of specialist chemicals. Qhuba has set up a new operating model for information management. This took into account recalibration of the current model, governance, sourcing, cost transparency and restructuring of the (retained) organization.
What have we done
In collaboration with AkzoNobel, Qhuba created and implemented a strategy and transformation plan.
What have we achieved?
This project provides better service, more transparency and clearer SLAs with the business. The sourcing contracts have been re-concluded. And this project has resulted in substantial cost savings for AkzoNobel.
