Create IT strategy using Qhuba IT Strategy Planning Framework

What they wanted

Bavaria is a Dutch family business active in the beer and soft drinks sector. Qhuba supported them in translating the 2020 strategy into an IT Strategy with a focus on Digital and Business Intelligence and the (changing) IT landscape.

What have we done

Qhuba started a workshop at Bavaria to determine the strategic goals and review the goals per business area. In addition, the difference between current and future status has been determined. After this, a roadmap and planning workshop was organized where a draft of the roadmap was made. Qhuba has also produced a governance and organization chart.

What have we achieved?

Thanks to the collaboration with Qhuba, Bavaria has an approved strategy with guidelines for architecture, sourcing, governance and an IT Roadmap.
