We provided programme management and other project resources to an Anglo-Dutch customer to support their insourcing of certain activities and implementation of ITIL across their multi-vendor outsourcing service environment.
Management of complex and business critical programs
Qhuba currently manages several complex programs. This includes a program for an multinational in the HR space, and an Telco that os completely overhauling its back- and frontoffice processes.
Programme Recovery
Qhuba has rescxued several programmes in distress via experienced partners and structured approach. We have used these experiences to develop the Qhuba Quick Programme Scan. The QPS is executed by a team of professionals that deliver result within two to three weeks.
End-user environment
We are currently consulting on Innovation, Open Source, SaaS and their implications in the future of IT functionality and services for a customer who is looking to us to deliver a Blueprint for the next generation end-user environment for their 25 000+ user base. We are also helping another customer to migrate to cloud infrastructure and Gmail messaging.

We have run a $20M project at one of the world largest Agro Commodity Trading companies, from business case to process design, through to SAP implementation, delivering a multi-commodity trading system design.
